Born in the charming streets of Stanmore, Bistro 101 is a local restaurant whose soul was forged in the sun-drenched heart of Greece and refined in Europe\u2019s most prestigious kitchens.<\/p>\n

Our story – from Michelin kitchens to Stanmore Hill<\/h2>\n

Chef Stelian Scripcariu<\/strong> arrived in London and worked his way through some of the city\u2019s finest kitchens and most prestigious dining rooms, including Michelin-starred restaurants such as the Dorchester and a stint with Gordon Ramsay<\/em>. He furthered his craft in France, undertaking an internship at one of\u00a0Bernard Loiseau’s most acclaimed restaurants<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Along the way, Stelian teamed up with Maria, who matched his passion for hospitality.<\/p>\n
